So pretty in pink. This gin combines the use of the botanics including jackfruit, fresh ginger and fresh rhubarb. Oh – and there are no additives or preservatives used in the distilling of this gin. We use use blackberries to “colour our gin”.

Nose: fresh notes of earthy coriander, backed up by a fruity aroma from the jackfruit with a hint of rhubarb and ginger.
Palate: extremely smooth with a pine, juniper spice and a fruity taste. The rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to a smooth English gin base, whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full-bodied finish.
Finish: elegant and balanced, leaving some warming notes from the jackfruit and cardamom.
