Whats on the menu?
OX44 Gin, makers original
Its unique combination of Scottish heather, black cardamom and kaffir lime leaves a zesty feeling on the palate and a warm feeling inside.
OX1 Gin, a star in the making
OX1 has a warming, spice-forward character that seems perfect for keeping warm on a cold evening.
It’s quite stunning just on its own.
OX2 Gin, pretty in pink
So pretty in pink. This gin combines the use of the botanics including jackfruit, fresh ginger and fresh rhubarb. Oh – and there are no additives or preservatives used in the distilling of this gin. We use use blackberries to “colour our gin”.
OX3 Gin, one of your five-a-day
Using fresh botanicals including apple, figs, cloves and juniper in a traditional copper still, the gin is then rested for several weeks resulting in a superbly balanced gin with notes of fragrant juniper, citrus, fruit and subtle spices.
OX4 Gin, hop to it
Smooth, hoppy and fresh citrusy notes balanced with a refreshing crisp bitterness. In essence, OX4 gin leaves a ‘well rounded’ mouthfeel that gently fades with a light hoppy character balance.
OX20 Gin, navy strength
At a punchy 57.1% ABV it is a remarkably smooth spirit, packed full of flavour and a driven warmth.
Twelve Below (tonics)
British fruit flavours inspired by the beautiful English Countryside in the Chiltern hills with a dash of natural agave for sweetness.
Champagne Collet (by the bottle)
Since 1921, Maison Collet has been creating distinctive champagnes that appeal to a clientele of demanding wine connoisseurs in search of authentic, elegant and refined champagnes.
